A compressed gas regulator for LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is a device designed and manufactured to control the flow of LPG from a pressurized container to a gas appliance. The regulator is typically made of high-quality materials that are suitable for handling LPG, which is a highly flammable gas.
The regulator works by reducing the high pressure of the gas in the container to a lower, usable pressure that can be safely and efficiently used by the gas appliance. This is achieved by utilizing a diaphragm or piston to regulate the flow of gas and maintain a constant output pressure, regardless of changes in the input pressure.
The regulator is equipped with various safety features to prevent accidents or gas leaks, such as a relief valve that releases excess pressure, a vent that allows gas to escape in the event of a malfunction, and a pressure gauge to monitor the gas pressure.
The compressed gas regulator for LPG is designed to provide reliable and safe control of gas flow, making it an essential component of any LPG system.
Application: A self-contained mechanical control device used to maintain the pressure of LPG discharged from the bottle.
Pressure: 0.08~0.10MPa
Pay attention to the following 2 points during the preheating process:
1. The distance between the gas bottle and the oxygen cylinder is not less than 5m, and the distance between the gas cylinder and the flame is not less than 10m.
2. During the welding process, it is forbidden to stamp on the air pipe to ensure safe and smooth of gas. Wire cable, air pipe should be away from flame and high temperature operation area.
